Pricing & Quotes
6The cost of a website in Poland depends on the project scope. A simple company site or landing page starts from a few thousand PLN, while a more complex multi-page site typically ranges from 8,000–30,000 PLN. Every project is unique – contact us for a custom quote.
The cost of an online store depends on the number of products, integrations (payments, shipping, ERP), and functional requirements. A basic store starts from around 10,000–20,000 PLN, while advanced e-commerce platforms can cost significantly more. Each project is priced individually.
The cost of a web application varies widely – from 15,000 PLN for a simple tool to hundreds of thousands for a complex SaaS system. It all depends on scale, features, and technical complexity. Send us your project description and we'll prepare a free quote.
An MVP (Minimum Viable Product) for a startup typically costs between 20,000 and 80,000 PLN, depending on the feature scope. We help startups build products iteratively – starting with what's essential to get to market quickly.
Price depends on many factors: number of pages, design (template vs. custom), third-party integrations, CMS, multilingual support, SEO optimization level, and timeline. The more complex the project, the higher the budget.
Monthly technical maintenance depends on the scope of services – updates, monitoring, backups, minor content changes. Prices start from a few hundred PLN per month. Contact us to discuss a tailored plan.
Timeline & Process
6A simple company website typically takes 3–6 weeks. More complex multi-page projects can take 2–4 months. The timeline depends on how quickly materials are provided and how many revision rounds are needed.
Web application timelines depend on complexity. Small tools take 1–3 months, mid-sized systems 3–6 months, and complex SaaS platforms can take a year or more. A detailed schedule is agreed during the planning phase.
An MVP project, if well-planned with a limited scope, can be delivered in 6–16 weeks. Clear scope definition at the start is critical.
In extreme cases – with very simple scope and ready-made materials – it may be possible to deliver a basic landing page quickly. However, we generally don't recommend rushing at the expense of quality. Contact us and let's discuss your needs – we'll find a solution.
Our process includes: (1) Consultation & briefing, (2) Quote & contract, (3) UI/UX design, (4) Development, (5) Testing & revisions, (6) Production deployment. You have full visibility into progress at every stage.
To get started, we need a project description (goals, target audience, scope), materials (logo, photos, texts or outlines), and your budget range. The more detail you provide upfront, the faster we can prepare a quote and timeline.
Cooperation & Legal
5Yes, we sign NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) before discussing project details if the client requires it. Protecting your ideas and data is our priority.
Yes, but scope changes beyond the agreed brief may affect the timeline and cost. Minor fixes are usually included within the project scope. Larger changes are priced separately and formalized via a contract amendment.

Yes. We offer post-deployment support packages: monitoring, updates, bug fixes, and feature enhancements. Details can be agreed after project completion or during the planning phase.
Technology
9Technology choice depends on project requirements. For company sites and landing pages, we often use Nuxt.js (Vue) or Next.js (React) – they're fast, SEO-friendly, and easy to maintain. For simpler projects, we may also use WordPress or a headless CMS.
WordPress works well for simple sites where the client wants to edit content themselves. A custom-built site offers greater flexibility, performance, and security. We help you choose the best solution for your case.
Both frameworks are excellent. Nuxt (Vue-based) and Next.js (React-based) offer similar capabilities. The choice depends on your existing stack, team preferences, and project specifics. We'll gladly advise on what's best for your case.
